This is a movement.

We want you to live a life that you currently don’t even think is possible for you, and we want to see a world where everyone can achieve their own personal vision of health, longevity, community, and potential.

For some, that means a simple cozy life, feeling healthy and whole each day. For others, it’s about having the courage to shoot their shot—to ask that person out or to make the big career move without overthinking.

At Sanare, we believe in going beyond the traditional goal of simply "getting by”. We don’t just want you to reach that baseline. In fact, we want you to leave “baseline” far behind.

We want you to live beyond limits.

We get it—giving your insurance info to every new therapist or doctor is a hassle. With us, you’ll only need to fill out your personal info once. Your therapist will keep your details on hand, so if you change your program, your forms go right along with you.

I am NOT the same person I was 5 weeks ago."

I am NOT the same person I was 5 weeks ago. I am happier, lighter, and a more educated individual. I still have a lot to learn, but I now have the tools to do so.

—Cary, 24, Pennsylvania

“I'm leaving actually feeling better about my future and being alive."

I felt comfortable to share about what was wrong—I’m leaving actually feeling better about my future and being alive.

—Jac, 36, North Carolina

"It’s a beautiful thing to hear and listen to everyone’s experience and realize we are not alone"

Starting this program and coming here every day allowed me to look forward to something every day and start to feel like I had a purpose again for the first time in a long time… it’s a beautiful thing to hear and listen to everyone’s experience and realize we are not alone in our healing and our experiences.

—Elise, 44, North Carolina

"The first day was very exhausting...but it was so worth it."

I was very against therapy in a group setting before I started at Sanare. After being in group for 5 weeks, it’s really opened my eyes to different and positive experiences…The first day was very exhausting—I slept 13 hours after mine—but it was so worth it.

—Soraya, 25, Pennsylvania

"I really appreciated my therapist's ability to facilitate whatever the group ended up discussing"

I really appreciated my therapist’s ability to facilitate whatever the group ended up discussing despite having a specific planned activity for that time—which, in turn, fostered more healing and encouraged more participation. I really enjoyed my particular group I was placed in.

—Aisha, 19, Delaware

"It's been such a blessing to know that you're all helping me behind the scenes"

I’m incredibly grateful for all of the support with claims and insurance. It’s been such a blessing to know that you're all helping me behind the scenes and that you all have my back.

—Kolby, 32, Delaware

"I felt a lot of rapid improvement as well as increased stability..."

Because of the [Rapid Renewal] sessions during individual work I felt a lot of rapid improvement as well as increased stability during group sessions.

—Maria, 51, North Carolina

"My experience at Sanare helped me to become less fearful, find purpose and passion in life, and relate to others..."

My experience at Sanare helped me to become less fearful, find purpose and passion in life, and relate to others about painful experiences, emotions, and feelings. Sanare's a community of people who want you to be healthy and happy.”

—Benjamin, 57, Delaware

"The process of enrolling was surprisingly less stressful than I assumed.”

The beginning of the process was smooth, and all my questions were answered in a timely manner. The process of enrolling was surprisingly less stressful than I assumed.

—Liam, 23, Pennsylvania
