You know how when you're finally ready to get help, you hope the person on the other side actually gets it? That they’re not just checking boxes, but genuinely care about who’s walking through the door?

That’s where I come in. I help bring in therapists, psychiatrists, and psychiatric nurse practitioners who aren’t just skilled—they’re human. People you’d feel safe talking to. I guide them through interviews and the hiring process, making sure they have what they need to show up fully for you.

I also do internal audits for our clinical team to keep care safe, ethical, and effective. Basically, I make sure what’s happening behind the scenes matches the kind of experience we’d want for ourselves or someone we love.

What drives me in this role is knowing how important it is to have a strong, supportive clinical team behind the care we offer. I’m here to make sure that what happens behind the scenes truly reflects the quality and care our clients deserve.

Outside of work, you can find me in the garden, baking, playing with my (very stubborn but very cute) English bulldog puppy, or trying out a new art project.
