Emily Branch
I’m Emily, a therapist who helps people make sense of the experiences that have shaped them, including trauma, loss, and the unexpected changes life can bring. My goal is to create a calm, grounded space where you can begin to see patterns more clearly and start responding to life with steadiness instead of stress.
I work with clients facing anxiety, depression, and major transitions, often exploring how early attachments influence present emotions and relationships. My approach blends EMDR, Gestalt, and somatic practices that bring the body into the work and help awareness turn into real change.
I earned my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lock Haven University. Along with my clinical training, I bring a creative spirit shaped by art and curiosity. For me, the most important part of therapy is the connection we build and the trust that allows real work to happen.
