Tim Sosin
My name is Tim Sosin, and I’m one of the trauma program supervisors at Sanare. I also lead the in-person trauma-focused IOP in Lititz, Pennsylvania.
As a supervisor, my role is to care for and support my team so they can experience joy, purpose, and confidence in their work. I want every therapist to know their worth and their power to be an agent of change for those who come to Sanare seeking something deeper than they have ever experienced before.
As a trauma specialist and certified EMDR therapist, I offer attachment-focused EMDR and other trauma therapies that help people rebuild a healthy and secure sense of relationship with themselves, others, and the world around them. In group, clients have the opportunity to heal relationally with others whose nervous systems tell similar stories.
My approach is to tailor treatment to each individual, aligning with the story told by their body, beliefs, and emotions, and helping them shift how their nervous system responds to life. Clients often tell me that while this work runs deep, it is also gentle, manageable, and personal.
I’m passionate about supporting people who are ready to rediscover security, protection, and wisdom within themselves. To me, recovery is the daily rhythm of returning what has been lost, stolen, or forgotten back to its rightful place. Every client brings their own power, perspective, and creativity to that process.
Outside of work, I keep life simple. I rest, play tennis, fish, write songs, longboard, and spend time with my wife and son. I love my work, I love my life, and there’s room for you here too.
