I’m Amanda, a licensed master social worker with a passion for creating a space where you can safely explore what change might look like for you and how to take those steps forward.
My primary approach is cognitive behavioral therapy, which focuses on how our thoughts influence our emotions and actions. When we learn to shift the way we think, we can change the way we feel, respond, and move through life in ways that serve us better.
In group, we also keep it real. We talk about sports, parenting, current shows, and whatever else life brings up that day. Humor and connection are part of the process because healing is not just about insight, it is about feeling human again.
