Emma Groth
Maybe you have been feeling off lately — tired, anxious, or unsure what changed. Taking that first step toward therapy can feel hard, but once you do, it opens a space to start understanding what has been weighing on you. In our sessions, we keep things real. We talk, laugh, use practical tools, and find steady ways to handle what life brings.
I’m Emma Groth (she/her), a nationally certified counselor and Villanova graduate working toward my license in professional counseling. I have experience with adolescents, young adults, and adult programs. My approach blends cognitive behavioral and person-centered methods, always guided by mindfulness and the strengths you already have.
Whether you are facing depression, anxiety, loss, or daily stress, therapy with me is about rediscovering your own steadiness. You already carry more strength than you realize. My role is to help you see it, use it, and keep moving forward.
