Emma Groth
Maybe you’ve been feeling down, anxious, or just not quite like yourself lately? If so, you’re in the right place, and I’m really glad you’re here. Taking the first step toward counseling is often the hardest, but once you’re in the room (or on the screen), things can really start to shift. In our sessions, we’ll connect on a human level, use humor and games to make therapy engaging, and learn practical tools to help you navigate life’s challenges more confidently.
Hi! I’m Emma Groth (she/her), a nationally certified counselor. I graduated from Villanova University and am pursing my license in professional counseling. I have experience providing services to adolescents, young adults, and adults in both On-the-go and Turning Point program settings. My approach integrates cognitive behavioral therapy through a warm, person-centered lens, drawing on your personal strengths and incorporating mindfulness techniques to support lasting change.
Whether you’re dealing with depression, anxiety, grief, a major life transition, or just the overwhelm of everyday life, I’m here to support you. I believe you already have what it takes within you to create the meaningful change you’re looking for, but you don’t have to walk that daunting road alone. If you’re ready to write the greatest comeback story of your life, I’ll be with you every step of the way. I’m so excited to meet you and work with you on your healing journey!
