Francesca DiGregorio
Have you been feeling disconnected from yourself lately? Maybe you are tired of going through the motions every day, waiting for something to change. Or perhaps you have been caught in your thoughts, feeling stuck in your own mind.
In my group, we focus on helping you reconnect with yourself, with others, and with the world around you. Through that process, you might even begin to rediscover parts of yourself that have been waiting to come forward.
I’m Francesca DiGregorio, a master’s-level therapist with a degree in Mental Health Counseling from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. I use she/her pronouns and draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches to meet each person where they are.
My work is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy, which helps us explore how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence one another. I also use acceptance and commitment therapy techniques to help you reconnect with your values and find meaningful ways to move through the challenges life presents.
In addition to leading groups, I serve as Sanare’s internship program supervisor. I work closely with our interns to ensure they are well-prepared to guide clients toward their goals while continuing to grow in their own professional journey.
I love connecting with group members, both through the meaningful work we do together and through simple, human moments of laughter, conversation, and even sharing pet photos.
Group therapy can feel intimidating at first, especially if it is new, but here you will find real connection and support. You will gain tools and insights that help you navigate life with more steadiness and confidence.
When you are ready to take that next step, please reach out. I am already cheering you on.
