Allee Cavallo

I’m Allee Cavallo, a master’s-level clinician with a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from West Chester University. I graduated magna cum laude from Temple University with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology.

I provide Outpatient counseling services through Sanare and have experience working with children, tweens, adolescents, young adults, and adults in both IOP and Outpatient settings. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, mood and bipolar disorders, and substance use.

I use an integrative approach that blends cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and motivational interviewing to meet each client’s needs in ways that feel practical and personal.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading, listening to podcasts, hiking, and relaxing with a favorite show and a pint of Ben and Jerry’s.
