Dylan Arasim
Have you ever felt like therapy was just “talking?”
My name is Dylan, and in a group with me, you’ll learn tangible coping skills that you can apply to every area of your life beyond basic talk therapy. Using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills training and somatic practices to incorporate the mind-body connection, our groups will change your life by providing you with real-world tools to cope while reconnecting you back to yourself. The combination of skills training and somatic work will help you feel like life is manageable again.
I use he/him pronouns and I graduated with my master’s of social work and my master’s of education from Widener University, with a focus in human sexuality studies. I focus on trauma and DBT, which is a type of therapy that centers on teaching coping skills and strategies for managing the challenges of life. I love being outside in nature, spending time with my tuxedo cat, and enjoying a book with a cup of coffee. I am passionate about helping you find tools that work for you so that you can feel ready to take on the world ahead. I believe in working together to find creative solutions and paths to managing challenges. If things are feeling like too much right now, you are not alone. I am here for you and ready to work with you to find your balance!
