Dylan Arasim
Have you ever felt like therapy was just talking? In group with me, you will learn practical skills you can use in daily life, not just in the session. We focus on building awareness, regulation, and steadiness through Dialectical Behavior Therapy and somatic practices that connect the mind and body.
I’m Dylan (he/him). I hold master’s degrees in social work and education from Widener University, with a focus in human sexuality studies. My work centers on trauma, DBT, and the use of body-based strategies to help people move from overwhelm to control.
Outside of work, I enjoy nature, my tuxedo cat, and a quiet book with coffee nearby. In group, expect direct conversation, humor, and practical skill-building. Together, we look for realistic ways to steady what feels unmanageable and help life feel a bit more possible again.
