Ever feel like your mind is running nonstop, even when nothing big is happening? Like you can’t quiet it, but you also can’t name what is wrong? That is more common than most people realize. In group, we slow things down and start to look at what is actually underneath.
I’m Gabbi, a therapist working toward licensure. I focus on helping people make sense of what they feel so they can respond with clarity instead of staying stuck in reaction. We use practical tools from mindfulness, somatic work, and DBT to steady the nervous system and find calm that lasts.
Group sessions are real and down to earth. Some days we dig into hard things, other days we laugh about life. Both matter. You will find people who get it and space to show up as you are.
