Haley Cartrette
You know that feeling when your emotions and thoughts take over so fast it feels impossible to keep up?
Well, in group with me you’ll learn skills to cope with those feelings, let go of self-judgment, and build a life that actually feels manageable and satisfying. This isn’t about “fixing” yourself - it’s about finding practical, simple strategies that work for you. I’m Haley (she/her), a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate. Basically, I’m here to be your guide, collaborator, and advocate as you learn tools for real change. I specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, which teaches strategies and skills to balance acceptance and change in your life.
In group, you’ll get to try interactive techniques that make learning skills engaging, meaningful and fun. Our work together will focus on approaches that align with your personal values so you feel in control, not overwhelmed. Our groups are a safe place to grow, connect, and be yourself. Sometimes that looks like skill-building, and sometimes it looks like talking about our favorite movies, a creative project you’re working on, or our pets. Life can feel messy sometimes, but you don’t have to figure it out alone. We’ve got you, and I’m here when you’re ready to make a change. I can’t wait to meet you!
