Savannah Noel
Have you ever struggled to understand your reactions or emotions after going through something difficult or traumatic? You are not alone in that.
I’m Savannah, a licensed clinical counseling associate. My work looks at how your experiences, environment, and relationships shape your overall well-being and how you function day to day. In group, you will learn tools that help you better understand what your body and mind need to feel grounded, steady, and at peace. Together, we will build skills that support calmness and connection while creating space for curiosity and self-compassion.
The main approach I use is EMDR, one of the leading therapies for trauma. EMDR helps the brain reprocess distressing experiences so you can move forward without feeling controlled by the past. It supports healing not only emotionally and behaviorally, but biologically as well.
I know this work can sound heavy or intimidating, but trauma therapy is about more than revisiting what happened. It is about rediscovering safety, laughter, and strength in connection with others. In my group, you can expect a space that feels real and supportive. We might talk about life, random facts, favorite shows, or music. Healing can include all of it.
Wherever you are starting from, I will meet you there, and we will walk through this process together.
