Alexandra Lambritsios
Starting therapy can feel uncertain, but you do not have to face it alone. In group, we create space for honesty, curiosity, and growth. You will find that challenge and support can exist together, and that both are needed for real change to take hold.
I’m Alexandra (she/her). I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from West Chester University and am completing my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. I work alongside an experienced team as I pursue my LPC, learning every day from the people I meet and the stories they share.
My approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Existential perspectives, blending structure with exploration to fit each person’s goals.
Group work changed my own life, and I believe in its power to remind us that we are not alone in what we carry. If you are ready to take a first step, I would be honored to walk beside you.
