We all hit moments in life where we think, “Okay, is this the part where I Google how to get my life together?” Whether you’re moving through a major life transition, grieving a loss, burned out from juggling too much, or just feeling disconnected from who you are, you’re not alone. And you don’t have to figure it all out on your own.

I’m Christine (she/her), a Licensed Professional Counselor and the facilitator of Sanare’s morning virtual Core IOP group for adults. I also serve as Sanare’s Onboarding Coordinator, helping new therapists feel confident and prepared as they join our team.

In group, I bring a relational and down-to-earth approach that blends evidence-based techniques with a sense of humor and humanity. You’ll learn tools that actually help, like nervous system regulation through somatic exercises, challenging those relentless inner critics, practicing mindfulness, and reconnecting with what gives your life meaning. I also love connecting with clients over their favorite hobbies, music, books, or good dad jokes. Mental health work is serious, but that doesn’t mean it can’t include laughter along the way.

Group therapy can feel intimidating at first, but something powerful happens once you’re in it. You realize you’re not the only one feeling the way you do. You get to take off the “I’m fine” mask and connect honestly with others who understand. My goal is to help you move from just getting through your days to truly enjoying them again.
