Hello there. My name is Jennifer, and I am a graduate school student at Walden University, pursuing a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I'm excited to be here.

As an intern, I am currently co-facilitating a general mental health Turning Point Program group, in which acceptance and commitment therapy is used. This is based on mindfulness.

Additionally, I will be working with individual clients in both the Turning Point Program and outpatient levels of care, as well as facilitating outpatient aftercare groups.

I genuinely care about people and want to help them heal. We provide a safe and empathetic space for those who need to process difficult emotions and want to work towards living a happier and more fulfilling life.
