Kim Manderbach
Have you ever found yourself quietly struggling, convinced no one could understand what you’re feeling? Maybe you’re exhausted from carrying self-judgment or comparing your pain to the world around you. It’s easy to feel alone in that space.
I’m Kim, and as a therapist with more than 30 years of experience, I’ve seen the life-changing impact that group therapy can have. I know how intimidating it can feel at first, but when you’re given a space to be seen and heard—to cry, laugh, learn, and connect—healing starts to take root.
In group, we focus on practical tools that help you steady yourself when life feels heavy. We learn grounding and relaxation techniques, vagus nerve stimulation, and communication skills. We also explore how to extend the same compassion to ourselves that we so easily give to others.
My work draws from acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy, helping each person find what works best for them.
Reaching out for help takes courage, and I know how much strength it takes just to consider that first step. When you’re ready, I’ll be here to walk with you.
