Erica Warshawer
You know that feeling when your mind will not quiet down, your body stays tense, and you are tired from always pushing through? In our sessions, we work on interrupting that cycle. You will learn what your nervous system is signaling, build ways to steady it, and create habits that help you feel clear and grounded.
I’m Erica Warshawer (she/her), a licensed clinical social worker with nearly twenty years of experience supporting people through trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and major life changes. I am EMDR-certified, an ally of the LGBTQIA2S+ community, and committed to work that is both compassionate and practical.
My approach combines mindfulness, cognitive behavioral strategies, EMDR-informed methods, and body-based practices to help you regain steadiness. Sessions are active and human. Expect honesty, curiosity, and a few laughs along the way.
Whether we meet one-on-one or in group, my goal is simple: to help you understand yourself, feel calmer in your own skin, and move through life with a bit more ease.
